On Tuesday, Valentina left her house in Santiago, Chile, late. She ran to the stop and got on the micro, as they call the bus in Chile. There were a lot of people and she had to stand.
Cuando llegó a la oficina, buscó su celular en la mochila, pero no estaba. Lo buscó en los bolsillos y tampoco estaba allí. Se puso muy nerviosa, porque tenía todas sus fotos y sus contactos en ese teléfono.

When she got to the office, she looked for her cell phone in her backpack, but it wasn't there. She looked for it in her pockets and it wasn't there either. She got very nervous, because she had all her photos and contacts on that phone.
Una compañera llamó a su número. Después de varios segundos, un hombre contestó: «Hola, soy el chofer de la micro. Encontré este celular debajo de un asiento.» Esa tarde, Valentina fue a buscarlo y le dio las gracias.
